What happens when I place an order?
All Tjantek items are custom-made and printed on demand, so they’re subject to availability. In very rare cases, such as a pricing mistake, payment problem, or suspected fraud, we may need to cancel or adjust an order. If this happens, we’ll contact you right away and issue a full refund promptly.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once payment is confirmed, production begins immediately due to the custom nature of each item. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after checkout.

As all Tjantek products are personalised and produced specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or colour selection, or personal preference.
